Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This policy describes how LookUpAuto uses information to process vehicle history report orders, including its order-processing application, Process Ship Me Automation.

Information used to fulfill orders

We use the VIN submitted for your order, your delivery email address, and payment-related order information such as the amount paid, transaction identifier, and processing status. Payment is handled through PayPal. The checkout page sends your VIN to PayPal with your order; it does not collect your card number.

Google Sheets access

Process Ship Me Automation is an operator-run application used to fulfill LookUpAuto orders. The operator authorizes access to Google Sheets through Google OAuth. Customers do not need to authorize a Google account to order a report.

The application's Google Sheets permission allows reading and editing spreadsheets accessible to the authorized account. The order-processing workflow uses the configured order spreadsheet to read order details, including VINs, delivery email addresses, payment amounts, and order statuses, and to update processing statuses. It uses these details to check orders, verify VINs, prepare reports, and email reports to customers.

Storage and service providers

Order information is stored in the configured Google spreadsheet. Processing also uses local files, logs, and transaction records on the operator's computers. Google authorization tokens are stored locally so the application can continue accessing the spreadsheet without a sign-in on every run. Order information may also be present in email records and backups.

PayPal processes payments; Google provides spreadsheet and email services used in order fulfillment. VINs are submitted to vehicle identification and vehicle report services to verify vehicles and obtain reports. The website also loads images from external image providers. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Use and disclosure

The purpose of processing this information is to fulfill orders, prevent duplicate or blocked processing, handle payment discrepancies, provide support, and diagnose processing errors. Google user data accessed by Process Ship Me Automation is used for these order-processing functions, rather than advertising or sale to data brokers.

Process Ship Me Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and requests

Order and processing records may remain in spreadsheets, local records, email, and backups after fulfillment. To request access, correction, or deletion of your order information, contact us at the address below. Include enough information to identify the order, but do not send payment card details or passwords. Some records may need to be retained for payment disputes or recordkeeping.

Control over Google authorization

The authorized operator can revoke the application's access in the Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not automatically delete previously stored order records.
